Flux3Maker ("we", "this site") provides an image generation interface built on the FLUX 3 API by Black Forest Labs, accessed through third-party API providers. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Credits and payments

Generation is metered in credits. Free credits may be offered while capacity lasts. Purchased credit packs are delivered through our payment provider (Stripe or Creem). Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once consumed; unused credits do not expire while the service operates.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, or content infringing others' trademarks in bad faith. A safety checker is enabled on all generations.

3. Your content

You retain rights to prompts you submit and images you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider's terms. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs, and we do not publish them.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Model availability, quality, and pricing are controlled by upstream providers and may change without notice.

5. Third-party dependency

This site depends on Black Forest Labs and API providers such as fal.ai. Changes in their availability or terms may affect this service. We are not affiliated with Black Forest Labs.
